Trampoline with High Weight Limit

Trampoline with High Weight Limit

When on the prowl for a new trampoline, as we’ve mentioned before, it’s important to take stock of how it will be used. Will it be used by a whole slew of children, yours included, or maybe by just a couple kids here and there? Are there going to be adults using it for fun or for exercise? These are all questions that should be asked and answered before the trampoline is purchased or there may be potential for a few problems down the line. Knowing what you want is the best way to be able to enjoy the spoils of your labour, and who wants to blow a couple hundred bucks on something they’ll never use?

We thought that we would discuss trampolines that have a higher weight capacity today for these very reasons. When one kid has one, many others tend to want to have a turn on it. This can potentially lead to safety concerns if the trampoline wasn’t built to hold all of them at once. You want to know that a bunch of kids can get on there at once and not have the trampoline cave in on them. Additionally, if, as an adult, you plan on hopping on the trampoline with your kids or are looking into a smaller model as an exercise tool, than you’ll want to know what its capacity is. Like we said, there’s nothing worse than shelling out a couple hundred bucks for something you won’t ever be able to use.

As we usually do, we picked out three different trampolines that each have a different use for different people. Each one of these has a generous weight limit too, so you can rest assured that it won’t be breaking on you any time soon. None of these trampolines are particularly expensive either, so it’s not going to break your bank when you take the plunge here.

We’ve chosen one for very young kids to use as they’re growing, one for adults to use as an exercise tool, and one for older kids to use in the backyard for maximum fun. If you’re in the market for one of these guys and need something with a slightly higher weight limit, then this is absolutely the place you need to be. As per usual, we have chosen brands that we rely on and are of a very high quality. With all of that said, here are our three favourite trampolines with a high weight limit.

Trampoline with High Weight Limit

Stamina 36-Inch Folding Trampoline

If you’re a busy person, especially parents, finding time to go the gym or get in your daily workout can be quite difficult. One fine and inexpensive solution to this problem is to have a small exercise trampoline that can be stored in the closet and brought out when you can scrape together a few minutes. This particular model from Stamina isn’t the sexiest trampoline, nor is it replete with any number of bells and whistles. What it does provide, however, is a great workout alternative to any number of machines that take up significantly more space as well as a much more convenient alternative than actually going to the gym.

Stamina 36-Inch Folding Trampoline

This trampoline, while only being 36” in diameter, can retain quite a bit more weight than one might expect. With a maximum capacity of 250 lbs. it is safe enough for the majority of adults to perform their workouts on. We’ve put this little guy through the ringer and it has come out on the other side unscathed. The quality is there as well as the convenience factor. Pair this all with the fact that it has quite a high weight capacity and you’ve found yourself an excellent workout tool. If you’re short on time but value your daily workouts, this is absolutely the trampoline you need to get your hands on.

Summit 14' Rectangle Trampoline with Safety Enclosure

Many of our favourite backyard trampolines come in the traditional round shape. Sometimes we like to branch out to other shapes, though, as the something that’s a square or rectangle can work better in some backyards. We wanted to discuss this particular rectangular trampoline because it will work better for yards and has quite the weight capacity. This particular model is really designed to be as safe as possible, as evidenced by the safety enclosure and galvanized steel it’s been constricted with. when you have your kids out playing in the yard, knowing that the trampoline they’re bouncing around on is completely safe is a pretty nice feeling.

Summit 14' Rectangle Trampoline

Holding up to 200 lbs. this will be able to hold a number of kids and do so safely, while allowing them to play safely given what has gone into it. If your yard would be massively compromised by a large round trampoline, the rectangular option might be the best plan of attack. The beauty of these is that they can be stuffed into corners and pulled in and out of the main part of the yard when in use. If you’re looking for a nice rectangular trampoline, one that’s safe and fun, you needn’t look any further.

SkyBound Super 7

The last trampoline we wanted to talk about is this smaller model, best suited for young kids. What we came to like about it immediately is that it’s the right size so that it can be used nor only outdoors, but indoors as well. If you have an active child who needs to spend some energy and tends to get a little stir-crazy in winter, then this is a fine option. With a weight capacity of just over 100 lbs., this trampoline is best suited for one child to play on at a time.

SkyBound Super 7

It also features a safety enclosure, so you can rest assured that your child will be able to enjoy bouncing safely. This is a really simple, yet really effective and fun trampoline. If you’re looking for something that can be used indoors or out, this is a fine option. You may need to eventually graduate into something larger, but this is a fine option if you have one kid whose got energy to burn.
